Clear coated for UV protection. Spoiler is mounted with two bolts utilizing the original holes in the trunk, and double sided tape. No modifications required.

Fine but not great
It fit well and looked ok. However the material was thinner and flimsier than I expected. It was quite wrinkled and I couldn’t iron it well without risking melting it due to the polyester content. After ironing for about an hour on low heat it was passable but it was a lot of work to only get a passable result.
